    Just started polefect last week and WOW not only was it fun but a great full body work out! Slightly concerned before I got there, but Chrissy is fantastic and made all us new starters feel at ease, I smiled the whole way through. Look forward to the next session! Highly recommend EVERYONE tries this at least once in their life!! Brilliant!

    Did polefect three years ago, (i'm a bloke BTW) also did some pole dancing for charity with chrissy and earned a pint full of change - and that was just from the other dancers, it's a great atmosphere and she's a great teacher! I'm proud i did it and what i achieved... my (now) wife is looking at going back...
