Told my computer would be repaired within 10 working days. No such luck. after three weeks I phoned and told it had been despatched . A week later I phoned and told it was still awaiting repair. Tried to contact MD, Nick Sheldon and email was automatically responded to and directed to online web enquiry which has a response time of up to 3 days - lets see. RUBBISH, RUBBISH, RUBBISH. Never again
PooH customer service, They won't answer
I bought a DVD recorder locally in Swindon (Also the Medion Electronics Home town)Because of a problem when setting up, I called the help line, within minutes it was answered, I was given a reference number and told that I was being tranferred to a technical team member. Nearly an Hour later, I HUNG UP. I changed the DVD recorder with the retailer, the replacement is OK thankfully. I am not looking forward to contacting the manufacturer if I have another problem.
rubbish! I have been waiting for them to repair a DVD drive for 6 weeks now and when I call them they have no new information for me. This is truely the worst after sales service I have come across.
I bought a laptop from these via dixons and i was left without a laptop for over 2 months, due to bad communications the company i endured over 9 hours on my telephone and when i finally got thru to them i was informed it was repaired only when i got it back it was still in the same condition as when i sent it,now when i buy any electronic equipment i make sure medion are involved!!!!! and no apology!
