Tanwood School for Performing Arts

My daughter has always been extremley shy and has struggled with her school work as she was unwilling to try anything new for fear of failure. Her teachers reported that she did not join in with group work and would not speak in front of others. Initially, to give her another interest, I enrolled her in Tanwood and the change in her life has been amazing. Through the fantastic team spirit and encouragement of teachers and pupils, Jessie has florished. She has the confidence to stand up, on her own in front of a large audience. She knows she can overcome her fear, and have a go, without the fear of losing. She has been taught that you do your best, sometimes you win, sometimes you don't, but its the taking part that counts. As a result, her school work has improved beyond all expectations. Thank you to Polly-Ann, Miss Denise and all at Tanwood, you have made a real difference.

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the superb dance teachers at Tanwood especially Miss Molly without whom I would not be pursuing the career I love, performing with some of the best dancers,singers and choreogrephers around. I am working with John Barrowman at the moment. This would not have been possible without the superb guidance and early training I received at Tanwood. Thank you once again for making my dreams come true.

moved here from another dancing school..this is def. the best ..the teachers are wonderful..the standard is excellent..just got 92 A for my ballet exam!! and just about to film my first commercial..the no.1 school in swindon..

Tanwood has been the best school around for over 60 years.Always brilliant exam results and lots of competion winners..and a show that would rival the west end EVERY year..my 4 kids have all been through the school(girls and boys) right from babies to now professionals ..definately the best thing we ever did.the school has such a wonderful ethos..Thankyou Tanwood x
