  Like the above, this is a lacklustre shop. No one answer's the phone, and they are very slow in getting back to you by email. I would not buy any thing from them online.

  I have been trying to get ch white on the phone, ive try'ed 4 times no joy. Allso they do not answer your emails, i sent 3. So i would sau dont go any where near this shop.

• No service, no sale

  The scenario: I walk into the shop. Wow! A huge number of folders - more than I have ever seen anywhere else...and I have been looking. Two gentlemen in the shop. both ignore me for a good five minutes until I ask for help. I'm looking for an electric folder and they have a Dahon which I'm really interested in. The lacklustre gentleman neither offers information nor is interested in my questions. Perhaps he has a hangover/dicy gut/? So, may I take the bike out for a trial? No. It has just rained and it will be dangerous (!) or I will mess up his nice clean bike. This in spite of their website stating explicitly that there are always bikes available to try out. Of course I walked out. The phone call when I got home was a washout too. The gentleman who had attended to me in the shop was a partner in the firm and he answered the phone. He could NOT be persuaded that his attitude was bad for business.
