I bought a DVD recorder locally in Swindon (Also the Medion Electronics Home town)Because of a problem when setting up, I called the help line, within minutes it was answered, I was given a reference number and told that I was being tranferred to a technical team member. Nearly an Hour later, I HUNG UP. I changed the DVD recorder with the retailer, the replacement is OK thankfully. I am not looking forward to contacting the manufacturer if I have another problem. <P>
